Spurling, Robert (1941-1984)

LIsten

Born Balaclava, South Australia, Australia. Now Adelaide. Fellowshipped at various Baptist churches.

Saved when he was 17yrs old while reading the Gospel of John. Was involved in the Gospel Courier magazine. For a number of years, he and his wife, Ruth moved about in the ‘Van’ — It was quite unique in those days. Campervans had not been developed – just caravans towed by a car. This one was just like a caravan on four wheels and many a head was turned as it travelled along the roads. This was their home as they travelled about preaching the Gospel.
