Odell, John (1938-2006)


From Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Fellowshipped at Epping Gospel Chapel.

Was saved at the age of 9, then when he was 15 he took the gospel to children in the streets of Leichhardt with his piano accordion and chalk board. Later running a Beach Mission at Bulli. He was Director of the Board of Emmaus Bible College, foundation Director of Stewards Foundation and an elder in his assembly. He later left his job as director of an architectural business to become administrator of a school where handicapped children could be integrated into the school and taught by Christian teachers. He helped many other Christian schools to do this and also set up and led camps for the handicapped.
